In-Home Services (IHS) is a Medicaid-based program which provides home care services to individuals who are in need of assistance in their personal tasks at home. Consumers of this program are not enabled to manage their own care and are not responsible for searching, hiring, and training their caregivers. Instead, Robin’s Angels LLC will handle all of this process for the client.
